I didn't start drinking coffee until about five or so years ago and it's mostly been from K-cups. In an effort to be a bit more eco friendly, I've stopped with the K-cups and am going with freshly ground beans. I am never using a K-cup again.
And I drink my coffee Janeway style. Coffee, black.
