There's this weird dance going on with the PSF bylaws discussion, where certain people know they can't outright say "I don't like having a code of conduct" so instead they find ways to say "Of course the CoC is fine and of course I trust the current people, but have you considered that they _could_ be incompetent or evil in this hypothetical?"
