Dear Melvin,
I believe the scheme lightning: should only apply
* for payments in the form of bolt11 strings
* to identifiy nodes like lightning:node_id at ipaddr:port
* maybe to identify channels (look up the short_channel_id of the form of a
triple separated by the letterx. BLOCKHEIGHTxTXINDEXxOUTPUTINDEX)
the orther addresses you mentioned already have a sceme e.g. tcp:
keep in mind that the ip address and port may change but the only real
identifier is the node_id which as you mentioned correctly is the pubkey
from an HD seed and it is bech32 encoded. Also the short channel id points
to a funding transaction on the base layer so implicitly to identify the
base layer transaction we do also need the SHA-256 hash of the genesis
block otherwise it is not clear that the blockheigt, txindex, output index
triple belongs specifically to the bitcoin blockchain.
