I want to give my #DnD characters more personality than a set of mechanics and an alignment. Having played my current PCs for a while (one #ttrpg, one #BaldursGate3), I put them through a Myers-Briggs test that gave a personality pretty close to what I imagined, and it helped me flesh out their backstory a bit more. They're starting to feel like proper fictional characters now.
Any other suggestions for building interesting PC personalities? Doesn't have to be D&D specific
