Results of messing with some of the non-bitcoin apps on Umbrel.
Pi-hole - Works great, had to disable it in my router after upgrading to 1.0 or no apps would start. Fixed now (I think?)
Invidious - Login doesn't work right, subsequent actions log you out immediately. Unusable
MeTube - Cries if the video title is too long, no workaround to shorten the filename
Syncthing - Actually works great, shocker
Transmission - Couldn't save settings, all the fields in the UI would reset every few seconds
qBittorrent - Works fine, best to pair with the file manager app
Jellyfin - Mostly works, refuses to scan specific folders until you rename them sometimes
Snort - Manages to grind my 3700X to a halt and spin my fans like jet engines every page load. This is mitigated by not using Firefox
FreshRSS - Sort by date sorts by date fetched, not date posted, so when you add a new feed, the entire feed is permanently sorted as newest. Couldn't figure out how to fix it
Tailscale - Works, took some fishing to figure out how to use it correctly
