More than a week ago an ant escaped from my nicos colony. She has been living in my desk. I know because I see her at this time of day (dusk) like clockwork and I can never get the aspirator fast enough. She must be able to get water on my desk at night. Normally they go back to the colony and wait to be let in but not this ant. She's established some kind of base in my desk and I think she's observing me or something.
(But now I'm worried she's elderly and lost. I gotta get her home!)
