Happy Thanksgiving. My ginger cookies were an absolute (hilariously) flat fail. The ratio was off. Added a quarter cup more of gf flour and threw a small test batch back in the oven. (Maybe this recipe is gf flour friendly? Maybe I added too much brown sugar? Anyways, this is why we weigh, not measure our ingredients.) Want to see a photo of my failure?? 🫢
