Red light in bedroom is a great move. At sunset and sunrise there is more red light than blue light. So when our eyes detect more red light, they start to send signals that it’s time to start the day or get ready for bed. Most blue light is scattered by atmosphere when the sun is lower in the sky. So having more red light at night is a great move bc that’s what would be occurring in the natural environment.

I actually think blue lights work better for plant growth but not an expert on that. Blue light basically = daylight. Most of the lights ppl use only include blue light and not full spectrum. In USA, they are actually banning full spectrum light bulbs which really makes you go hmmmm🤔
