Question: does Git have a way where I can somehow change or anonymize contributor names and emails afterwards?

After this semester is over it'd be great to keep the codebase and history for this mock project, but saving student names/emails to be viewable by future students is an issue. Even if I got signoff from my students this semester (to avoid FERPA violations), I'd just be more comfortable with git blame showing fake names or something for future semesters.
