You can edit your posts at any time, which lets you change the content and add/remove/describe attachments. Just click on your post's ⋯ icon and select "Edit".
Anyone who has already boosted your post will be notified about the edit, to prevent abuse of the feature. There is also an "edited" label under edited posts which people can click on to see all past versions of the post.
You can't edit post visibility though.
