Day 19 of my Edwardian advent calendar is an advert for Raphael Tuck and sons cards. Postcards were extremely popular and in 1900 419 milllion were sent out in that year alone. Postal collections were frequent and stamps were very cheap.
All adverts appeared in the strand between 1900-3. #Edwardian
