I've really gotten into the small spirit over the last few years and I have to say I absolutely love it. A large, probably majority, of the things I read, listen to, play etc are things I'd consider indie, diy, smol or the like. I read other people's zines, I'm make my own zine on gemini, listening to badass music on real physical media from a rad little indie record label in Ellijay, GA, playing all kinds of awesome homebrew videogames for old consoles. Heck, I'm posting this toot from the smol fedi instance run by the orchestator of that record label (and so much more). Anyways, smol life is good. So cool to read and listen and play these things that people I actually know and talk to made. It makes me feel good, I hope it makes them feel good. And it's not just for the sake of the feel-goods either. This stuff is legit GOOD. Heart goes into it and it shows. Keep on smolin it up folks!
