Damn. One.NZ has billed me for the broadband service I discontinued (via a form on their website their 'AI' chatbot pointed me to) recently. I'd paid up until 7 Nov, and the swap to Quic was from 06:00 8 Nov (by chance it was just after the previous monthly term with One.NZ ended)... but I've just been invoiced for another month of the One.NZ service. Sigh. Still have to get on the phone. So painful.
