As a sheer flight of fancy, I have to admit that if I had an unimaginable amount of wealth then I too would want an underground bunker. The purpose wouldn't be to ride out an apocalypse though, it would be to have a cool, properly quiet spot for listening to music at a low volume, for climate controlling a large library, for stocking a couple of parts closets near special-purpose workshops, that kind of thing.
