After much longer than it should have been due to crippling fear of money, I called the bank, deflected the automated system got a human to help me realign my payments so I am not late anymore. Way too stressful for a 4 minute call with a nice person.
If you struggle with dealing with money issues out of fear, it is way more common than you think, the system is rigged, but you can usually beg forgiveness if you manage it in time
