Semi-annual echo and checkup w/ cardiologist today. EF 60-65% [that's excellent], lab work all good, everything looks fine, you're in better shape than most people your age, keep up the good work, see you in 6 months. That's nice to hear for a heart transplant patient, 6.5 years out and in my late 60s!
