I became an active Twitter user at the end of 2014 and had essentially stopped using by 2019, a few months after rejoining the #fediverse in May 2018. Much less time than I would have guessed. I've been an active #fediverse user for about as long at this point (2009-2011 on identi.ca, 2018-2019 on indy.im and since 2022 on my own instances).
