Potentially obvious RECAP/PACER question for the Fediverse. I wanted to find a current Ninth Circuit docket on RECAP but it doesn't show up with a search. When I go to it on PACER, there's no RECAP-related options and it doesn't upload the docket or filings. Is this a Ninth Circuit issue?
