Playing around more with the Snort client again today and it has some REALLY great settings/features that I wish Damus would implement.
In Settings > Preferences my favorites are :
- Automatically load media from All, Follows only, or None, depending on your selection.
- Enable/Disable auto-refresh of posts tab.
- File upload service: Choose your preferred service from drop down list. Then when you post, you hit the attach button and choose your file and it automatically uploads and inserts the image/media link so you don't have to do it all manually.
Giving the user control over these settings makes everyone's experience what they want it to be. It's great. Going to play around with Snort some more throughout the day.
