It's not looking good for #JonathanMajors. Less than 24 hours after the judge rejected his desire to have the domestic violence case against him tossed out, the Manhattan D.A.’s office have officially said they will not be prosecuting his accuser. The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has officially declined to prosecute the case against her because it 'lacks prosecutorial merit', a spokesperson for DA Alvin Bragg stated. “The matter is now closed and sealed”
