What's the weirdest #covid effect you've experienced?
Mine is ramen noodles, not the noodles, or the black miso goo, but the powder packet.
Worse than a few sips of wine or beer. Instant physical reaction. Rash on face, pounding heart, 3 days on the loo. Brain confusion.
WHAT IS IN IT?
I have literally. LITERALLY lived on ramen, red wine and beer for 31 years.
Now only water and boiled eggs. Down 45lbs.
Is it a blood-brain barrier thing? Yeast? Things that have been brewed? Fermented?
I must be getting better, because, I'm starting to keep lists and document the cycles (no cycles) and foods that go "Surprise Biatch!"
Sushi is fine, dried fish isn't. (Hardfisk, an Icelandic thing)
Citrus is fine, grapes are not fine.
Walking in cold weather feels great, can do 5 minutes, walking into a hot room (over 19 degrees
69°), supermarket or doctors appointment, I crash within 40 seconds.
RIP Ramen.
