Funfact: hand lotion can "impregnate" paper, preventing ink from properly soaking in. Inthis picture I smeared a bit of lotion on the paper directly and then scribbled over it
Learned this after lotioning my hands, resting them on my notepad and then, when trying to write there, wondering if I broke my pen.
