It hasn’t come up yet but since I’m thinking about it right now I’d like to get out ahead of it and be explicit about it. Degradation is a hard no for me. It was way too hard and took way too long for me to build up any sort of self esteem whatsoever and I just can’t deal with that. And I can’t do it to somebody else either even if I know they’re into it.

If that’s your thing and it makes you happy then I’m happy for you but you’ll need to find somebody else to do that with.
