While looking for details about the #Chernobyl attack and the expansion of the Khmelnytsky #nuclear power plant expansion, I came across such a fascinating position of #Greenpeace #Ukraine on the latter investment. Of course, negative. To fully appreciate the fanatical detachment of this organisation from reality, just read these three arguments:

‘Ukraine has had negative experiences with nuclear energy because of Chernobyl’ - so logically it also has “negative experiences” with renewables because of Nova Kachowka, right? RIGHT?!
‘The war with the Russian Federation proved that centralised generation does not work’ - except that Ukraine has only had electricity for two years thanks to nuclear power plants, which the Russians did not dare to attack, even though they easily damaged all the conventional power plants, the PV in Tokmak, Nova Kakhovka and other hydroelectric power plants on the Dnipro.
“only renewables will save us” - as we can see, renewables are absolutely widespread on the front line and for powering shops during power outages, everyone happily runs on PV and small windmills (except no, everybody relies on small petrol generators)
