Climate activists are sometimes shy about the 25% of climate change that comes from "land use" because it sounds very bad to say we should take farmland out of production. But this book review is a good reminder of how much land is used not to feed people, but to enrich a tiny number of people -- who then spend that money on equally climate-wrecking things like private jets.
