I've worked AS a programmer and all of this is quite true in my experience. There are very, VERY few competent Indians (about 1-2% perhaps) and they all extremely racist (pro-white, that is). The rest of the brown hordes are simply there in order to fill seats, likely to imbue the white workers with a sense of urgency about their impending replacement so they'll go ahead and do their high IQ magic faster. It's just a satanic divide-and-conquer tactic to squeeze as much juice out of the domestic talent before they quit in disgust (or trans themselves in desperation).
