As far as i've seen, they will make sure they ruin you for life. It's pretty fucking incredible they go that far with not only people that make fangames, but also archivists.
It reminds me too of that time GW cancelled some 40K fangame which was a VN about the Sororitas anc caused a huge stinker for them
