Recreating an old map style, but not one I've submitted for the challenge before.
Done in #QGIS, the parcels are symbolized with a hashed line outline, but the hashes are rotated to run along the line. Then *those* hashes are symbolized with rotated hash lines as well.
Hashing and line attributes are randomized, giving it a pencil sketch look.
Added a line pattern fill for the background to resemble notebook paper.
