Leaving a legacy of Bitcoin? Think twice.
My advice is to not bequeath the Bitcoin. I would say leave what your "legacy" can buy before you die. Why ? because you can enjoy the result while your still alive and craft the result you dreamed of. The possibility that most people have a beneficiary who is Bitcoin savy, is slim. Unless you taught them well, and really trust their abilities, your better off implementing your plan while alive.
I really think inheritances are not as good for the character of society as people think. Money often changes people. People fight over it, and the courts must look at even the more preposterous requests, when dealing with an estate.
My advice is to dispose of your estate before you die and don't try and rule from the grave.
