Today I am thankful for my strong healthy genes. The wife is sick again and the timing could not be worse for her. She will get better and I'll help her through this spell as I've tried to do on other occasions but it's a reminder to me that health is not to be taken for granted.

With my healthy genes I've been able to donate blood to help others, run iron distance triathlons, serve for years in the armed forces and lift heavy things for my wife. Best take care of my body.
