I've come to realize "Christianity" in the US is all about belonging to an "us", and has nothing to do with the teachings of Christ.
I'm not part of that religion, in either definition, and I'm still not cool with what's in that book. But, I'm open minded about which definiton someone means when they describe themself as Christian.
