you never specified better, you said a project that has actual utility. I also said government is slow to adopt new technologies. It doesn't disprove anything when there are many projects competing in the space to do the same thing. There are many reasons blockchain has advantages such as an immutable ledger.

I don't believe blockchain solves or should be used for everything but there are many cases blockchain, even without cryptocurrency has advantages.
