First of all, I currently do not fulfill requests for features (for free). There simply are to much great ideas out there, I could fill the rest of my life with adding new categories to mapcomplete and I need to pay the bills as well.
However, I'm always happy to accept pull requests which have new categories or new questions - documentation on how to create those can be found here: https://github.com/pietervdvn/MapComplete/blob/develop/Docs/Making_Your_Own_Theme.md
