The paradox of being a bitcoiner:
You want to help people so much, yet some people think you're scamming them because they have no idea what it even is and why it's entirely different from "crypto".
Truly painful sometimes.
I've changed my tune over the years as a result.
My "bitcoin evangelism" was overly exuberant back in 2017. I wanted to tell everyone I knew about why #bitcoin is so important.
Now my energy is solely focused on creating content that educates people with the curiosity to learn, then letting them come to me when they're ready.
This is another reason why I love working full-time in the #bitcoin space at BitcoinReserve (npub1et8…mrat). I can focus my time & energy on educating people and creating content for them.
I'm ideologically aligned with the company I work for (and have equity in).
Bitcoin-only and non-custodial.
