I would prefer to give meta and their users a chance. My instance has strong policies against racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or casteism and against harassment, dogpiling or doxxing of other users and a willingness to ban folks who violate the rules.

I'm not willing to make assumptions just because someone wants to use a meta product.
