Randomly this morning I got a sudden and severe back cramp/spam/pinched nerve/something and I have been unable to stand, walk, or sit normally all day. 😭

This has happened to me only once before, I think, but holy shit it is painful and frustrating. The only specific common trigger I can think of between the two instances is that I stood at my standing desk the whole day before—which is especially frustrating as the standing desk was supposed to help my back pain!

Aging sucks.
