When you react to a note it is supposed to be sent to the target users "read" relays (as well as anywhere else you want), so in my case that would be 140.f7z.io and nostr.mom -- now I don't know why Primal and Gossip decided to send it to nos.lol only. Are you sure that is what happened for sure?
