After a phone call with Eco4 I have steam coming out of my ears. Apparently I am the only person ever to complain about the lagging! I pointed out that would be because people don't know what level of lagging is needed. He said we could have an assessor but it could take 3 months and meanwhile I'd be paying higher bills. Is George Monbiot in here?
