Can't fucking believe friends my own age are currently falling for military romance scams.
Goddamn it, Craig, THERE IS NO "CYNDY."
Listen up, Millennial Boomers, if someone approaches you over social media and they're overly familiar and especially if they claim to be like a doctor or military or something, but they refuse to call or video chat you ever, stop talking to them. Even military personnel in pretty hot zones can reach out to you over the phone or a video link once in awhile.
Even if they really were in the military, they'd be able to safely give you their APO address or they could email you from their mail.mil address.
These shitvipers invariably start asking you for digital money or banking info. It's a VERY obvious scam. Don't be like Craig. Don't buy it.
