You'd have to downgrade the entire plasma group, which IDK if that's possible to do all at once or not. And even if you can, IDK how well it would work.
If, you're lucky, you have btrfs and snapper set up, and then it would be just a matter of rolling back to before the Plasma 6 upgrade.
