Nihl (nprofile…lu9h) there exists Grafana Loki (and also Victoria Logs which tries to do the same thing I think), but AFAIK neither does log parsing, they only do storage and search...
As for parsing, you could use a JSON log format directly in nginx, or do the parsing with fluent-bit, or rsyslog + liblognorm, or sth else...
but at that point it becomes a stack, which might be too bloated for your usecase, idk...
