Hyperhidrosis (nprofile…6g30) I truly do feel sorry for women (and really men too) who start packing on pounds as they get older. Some people get used to being able to eat a certain way, and over time their bodies just can't burn off the calories quickly enough, but they still crave the same amount of food.
There was some study that claimed the primary factor in determining if someone is going to be overweight or not is how "comfortable" they are on an empty stomach. Some people are just able to ignore hunger more than others.
Anyway, the answer is good diet and plenty of exercise, as always. It's easy to blame age or the environment for being overweight, but ultimately that doesn't fix the problem.
As for the post here, without knowing anything about either of them, I'd say the man needs to have a regular schedule where he takes care of the kid and the woman does some long, uninterrupted aerobic exercise, preferably running. If they aren't willing to work together on that, then she's going to stay fat and get fatter.
