While I wait for the FE2 to arrive, I was thinking about other Nikons I've owned over the years. For a while, I had an F6. That was a great camera, but I find the super-cheap F100 I still own to be a reasonable substitute. However, something I do miss from the F6 is how it printed date and exposure information between frames. (See the left edge of the attached photo). That was cool.
