My daytime being occupied by worries about the longterm needs of my three disabled family members, I find my dreams are also occupied by burdensome themes. I don’t have scary nightmares, but I do have dreams about the bureaucratic and societal obstacles to making longterm arrangements for my dependents. And, I rarely dreams about fun recreational activities like I did in the past, or else I don’t remember such dreams. Perhaps I no longer have dreams of recreation, because I seldom find time for recreation. When I awaken in the morning or after a nap, I do not feel rested. Instead, I am relieved that whatever societal or bureaucratic obstacle I was dreaming about is at the moment not happening.
