I reported an obvious scam to Google and got this as the reply: they can't review the ad. The ad that they served and which made them a bit richer. But they can't review it.

Large tech companies must be made accountable for the content they serve. We must legally bind them when they serve monetized content. They can't deflect responsibility and let scammers, propagandists and even criminal groups do whatever they please.

We can't let them continue to profit without accountability.
