Bought some MSTR calls. I think it’s a no-brainer, fiat for free. The market doesn’t agree with me, already says they’re worth less than I paid.
My theory is this: if BTC goes up, MSTR goes up. And the underlying will go up.
People say, then why is it going down? It’s going down because people know it will go up, so they priced that in, and the valuation soared.
But it soared ahead of BTC, and people realized that, so they sold it. And then they knew it would go down because it got ahead of itself, so they sold it some more.
Pretty soon they’ll realize it’s going up again, and they’ll buy it some more.
It’s very simple. They know it’s going up, and it will go up until it gets ahead of itself, and then it will go down.
Rinse, repeat.
Of course, I could always be wrong, unknown unknowns and all that. But IMO it doesn’t take a genius to make money on this, just strong hands.
