Good luck appealing those decisions, though. The people who originally "said so" are absolutely not going to be second-guessing their own decision-making, even if from all outward appearances, it was unsubstantiated or worse yet based on a personal grudge.
Transparency's nice, and a step in the right direction, but I've never seen a blocklist that I sincerely would trust unconditionally to control who I was exposed to online.
