This is my current yukata project: the outer fabric is a beautiful batiste organic cotton weave, but it’s so slithery, it feels like it’s woven on the bias. The pattern has to line up, but even pinned to bejesus, it still moves around. So it’s going to need to be entirely hand sewn. Luckily the lining is better behaved. #kimono #yukata #sewing
