There's a study that has come out in the Lancet showing that Covid infection caused some mild cognitive changes in young healthy people. The study was done with the original variant (wild covid) on unvaccinated volunteers. That variant, to my knowledge, is no longer circulating and was a novel virus to the volunteers - no antibodies . Why is this study being cited to terrify people now while the situation is very different? It's fascinating information, but it is even relevant now?
