Not trying to glaze the USA to hard but it's entire doctrine is long range bombardments, small surgical strikes with smaller mobile forces, and total air dominance.
The only one that's bothered to develop counter measures to resist that sort of style is Russia and to a much lesser degree China. Ironically if Europe had a military they very well could not have anything to fear from Russia since rushed has basically set most of thier military to counter the USA's perfered strats.
If Europe went super heavy ground and pound with the doctrine of say heaven armor and advance troop support and deployments with small water way controle stratagems. They could easily beat Russian aggression.
